Hello,

Update 1: - 11-20-2025 - 1:03 pm EST
We are seeing an inbound / outbound call path routing issue in the Northeast - Mid Atlantic Region of the United States on 11-20-2025.  This issue is being reviewed with our peering partners.  Please standby for an update as we review this matter.  Updates will be provided on this matter shortly.  Thank you.

Update 2: - 11-20-2025 - 1:12 pm EST - Revised (added VA area)
The root cause of the issue has been identified as a set of cards in a SBC Platform in Chicago, IL, USA and McLean, VA, USA.  A master ticket on this matter has been opened: 33279572.  Cards are being set to disabled by peering partners to ensure traffic operates smoothly and does not get stuck.

Internal EGN Call Traffic not impacted by this issue.  Failover outbound call trunks routing normally with available capacity.

Update 3: - 11-20-2025 - 1:23 pm EST

Service looks to be running normal.  Traffic was re-routed to non-impacted SBC hardware with our peering partners.  At this time this master ticket will be monitored for traffic and congestion related possible errors.  All systems are running normally.  If there are further updates they will be provided on this case.
